The safest surfaces is a lever grassy area. However we can setup on concrete, and asphalt. Please specify what surfaces the bouncers will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

Absolutely! If all the rules outlined on the operating instruction page of your rental agreement are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.

It takes about 25 minutes to setup the unit and review the safety guidelines with you. The rentor must be an adult and is present at the time of delivery.

EBS Rentals has the right to cancel a reservation (at no cost to you) if there is heavy rain or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operations of our units and customer’s safety is our mainly concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refund will be issued due to bad weather.
