  1. What is your guarantee?
    • If bad weather is probable, we will call you prior to your event with several options. Cancel, Postpone, If possible, move indoors.
  2. How much room is needed for the inflatable units?
    • You will need to provide an area of 25' by 25' square foot, with an overhead of 22' for the majority of our units.
  3. What surfaces can the inflatable units be setup on?
    • The safest surfaces is a lever grassy area. However we can setup on concrete, and asphalt. Please specify what surfaces the bouncers will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.
  4. How many children fit in the bouncer castle?
    • Unit size 15' X 15'
    • Children under 8 = 10
    • Children 9 -12 = 8
  5. Where can I setup an inflatable unit?
    • Backyards, parks, gymnasiums, and just about anywhere else faily level and clean will work great for a bouncer castle.
  6. Are inflatable units safe?
    • Absolutely! If all the rules outlined on the operating instruction page of your rental agreement are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.
  7. Is there a delivery charge?
    • Delivery is not free, please view our delivery rates on the bouncer and slide's pages.
  8. How long does it takes to setup the units?
    • It takes about 25 minutes to setup the unit and review the safety guidelines with you. The rentor must be an adult and is present at the time of delivery.
  9. What if it is raining or windy?
    • EBS Rentals has the right to cancel a reservation (at no cost to you) if there is heavy rain or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operations of our units and customer's safety is our mainly concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refund will be issued due to bad weather.
  10. How far in advance should I make my reservations?
    • The sooner the better. We reserve our units weeks, and sometimes months in advance. We don't want you to miss out on the fun! I would recommend reserving early to ensure availability.
  11. Do I have to provide my personal generator?
    • No, if a generator is needed, we will provide one with an additional cost of $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 depending on the size required.
  12. What about cleanliness and santizing?
    • Our equipment is cleaned and santized promptly after each use to prevent spreading of unwanted germs.
  13. Are your games insured and state certified?
    • Yes, all our games are insured and state certified.
  14. When is payment due?
    • Payment in check, money order or cash is due upon delivery of the equipment.
